Has anyone had experience with TipTopWebsite?

I need to understand why I am getting a mive number of hits on a poorly named website at TipTopWebsite builder, with no meta tags and no affiliation with any search engines when another site by a different server has a good name, mive meta tags and Yahoo and Google search engines but hardly any hits. I just can't believe that the hit counter on the TipTop site is correct. Am I missing something?
