Is it just the right time for Pete Carroll to jump ship, since USC is headed for NCAA sanctions?

Remember the Reggie Bush agent thing is still there. It's not going away. The NCAA is going to make them bowl inelligible, i bet. Isn't it just the right time for Pete to say, "I had a great stay here in L.A. The weather is always nice, the traffic sucks,. and i'm ready to move back to the NFL. Besides, the sanctions are gonna be a black cloud over the university, and i don't wanna be here when the gavel comes down."?? I think this is the right move for him. Get a new QB and a new winning attitude in the pacific north wet.
