Do judge's usually follow sentencing guidelines?

I am facing a mandatory minimum of 51 months. I was wondering how often downward departures occur. My charge is for DUI serious bodily injury. My penger and friend does not wan't me to go to prison. My BAC was high, but I pled the fifth during questioning. It is my first offense. I live in Florida. Thanks for the input!
