What is this movie called?

There is this movie where this little boy has this talent to mimic people's voices. When he wanted candy he mimicked the voice of the store manager to get the cashier away from her post so he could steal the candy. I also remember something about him getting hypnotized and he started freaking out so he almost broke a door trying to get out.
