Affirmative Action/Gender Equity Scenario - What would you do?

Unless you're completely eliminating the position, firing people, male or female, requires clear evidence of poor performance and warnings and a whole lot of other bullshit, but it sounds like you could get that if she's so bad at her job. This hypothetical has a lot of unnecessary detail for not mentioning how hot she is on a scale from 1 to 10, or whether she's DTF.
