I can breathe fine through my nose, but when I try to breathe through my mouth I have shortness of breath?

I have been up since 3 a.m. and I have had bronchitis for over a week. I feel dizzy and feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen but I cant take deep breathes through my nose but not my mouth. What should I do?
