What are my chances of getting into the Coast Guard Academy or the Naval Academy?

Hi! I was just wondering what my chances were of getting into one of the service academies, New London and Annapolis in particular. As for academics, I have a 4.18 GPA and got a 219 on my PSAT this past year (I'm going to be a junior in the fall). I'm on the distinguished honor roll at my school and also am in the National Spanish Honor Society, the National Science Honor Society, and hopefully NHS next year. Sports are not exactly my strength, to say the least. I'm on swim team for my school (but I'm not very good...working on that hahaha) and I also play intermural volleyball. I've also been running to get in shape. I do a lot of volunteer work, including tutoring kids from Spanish-speaking families once a week and helping out with Vacation Bible School at my parish. I'm also in a few clubs and hoping to get leadership positions in them as an upperclman. Any advice for what I should do junior year would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU! :)
