Any idea of how to get onto a piece of thick wood on skateboard no ollie?

I'll try to help you as much as possible even though i have never made a home-made ramp. My idea would be that you find another plank of wood and cut it out in the shape of a right triangle and make sure it is the same length as the bottom of the ramp. use super glue to glue the right triangle wood plank to the ramp. should work, but i'm not 100% sure. If this didnt help, sorry buddy.
