Ford E350 anti skid on on or off?

The anti skid on is to be used in the winter under slippery road conditions or when the road surface could be loose (gravel, sand). If your vehicle is sliding/ fishtailing at 70mph on a dry road, you need to have the tire checked out. The tires maybe mounted loose, or under inflated. The owners manual should say when you should and shouldn't have the anti skid on on or off.
