2WW & feeling kind of sick...?

So AF is supposed to arrive in early Sept, i hope not.....My last period was Aug 7 - Aug 15. It's usually a 30 day cylce. My hubby and I BD on Aug 15, 16, 18, 21, 23 and we plan on it tonite (27). Yesterday around 5 pm i felt really sick like i have to go to bed, cuz i was soo tired ..felt a little nausea but not too much...i also had a slight fever..i went to bed at 7pm and woke up at 930pm..i felt a little better but still felt weak...today i feel fine...could this mean i am pregnant?
