Where can i go 2 be a video game tester?

you go to a school that teaches you, you can not just walk in and say "give me a game to play ill tell you if it is good or not". You need schooling and plus they do not make a lot of money, like 20,000 a year. There is stuff to know to be a game tester not just playing the game, you look got glitches and whatnot, half to time your not really playing the game for fun.
