My sons 1st b-day in 2 weeks...need some ideas for a big present!!!!?

Okay so I had planned on getting him the kangaroo step2 climber....ya know, the outside toy. Well problem is I have to order online and wont be here in time so thats goona have to be a christmas present. Im stuck...so he doesn't walk yet, he doens't climb like most my nieces and nephew did by his age but I figure in a few months he'll be jumpin all over the place :) thanks for your ideas ;)
