Crossover from red cross to ellis lifeguarding?

does anyone one know how much it would cost me to cross over from my red cross lifeguard training to ellis lifegaurd traing and how long it would take. The YMCA said they would cross me over but I wondered if it cost anything and how long the retraining was.
