Are terrorists at work in the US right now?

First there was the tainted spinach in Cal, then there was the tainted lettuce at Taco Bell, and now Jiff Peanut er. Not to mention viruses going around that closed down a few hospitals in NC. Is it terrorism? nature? or just plain lack of care in processing food and health care?
